Before you call
The questions people ask before their first visit.
Grouped by what's actually on your mind: which office, how booking works, insurance, and what the four chiropractors here actually treat. Anything not covered below, any of the three offices can answer over the phone.
Our three offices
Three. Collierville/Germantown on Professional Plaza Drive with Dr. Dave Kellenberger and Dr. Reed Johnson, Germantown/Southwind on Winchester Road with Dr. Alan Arstikaitis, and Memphis on Summer Avenue with Dr. Philip Berardi. They are one practice, not three businesses, and each one keeps its own hours.
Whichever is closest to your side of the metro. Collierville/Germantown on Professional Plaza Drive is the largest office, with Dr. Dave Kellenberger and Dr. Reed Johnson, and is the address the practice's Google reviews are written about. Germantown/Southwind on Winchester Road, with Dr. Alan Arstikaitis, is closest to the Southwind and Hickory Hill side of town. The Memphis office on Summer Avenue, with Dr. Philip Berardi, is the only one of the three open on the second Saturday of most months. All three are the same practice and the same standard of care.
Booking and first visits
Call the office you want to be seen at, or send the form on the contact page. Same-day appointments are often available at all three locations.
The front desk takes your details and handles the insurance side of things before you're seen, so the appointment itself can stay focused on what's actually bothering you. Your chiropractor talks through it with you and builds a treatment plan around your specific situation rather than a standard routine. Same-day appointments are often available at all three offices, so it's worth asking when you call.
Insurance and billing
We accept most major insurance plans and work to make sure your coverage is used properly. Policies and benefits vary, so contact the specific office you plan to visit for detail on your own coverage and billing.
Generally yes for most plans, but coverage and benefits vary by policy. Contact the specific office you plan to visit and they can walk you through what your plan covers before your appointment.
What we treat
Spinal adjustments, decompression therapy, sciatica, pain management, pediatric and prenatal care, senior care, sports injuries, care after a car accident, and preventative wellness plans. SoftWave shockwave therapy is available at the Collierville/Germantown and Memphis offices.
Yes. The practice treats work-related, automobile-accident and sports-related injuries, including whiplash, soft tissue rehabilitation and postural assessment. The American Chiropractic Association estimates chiropractors treat over 35 million Americans a year.
Yes. Pediatric care uses gentle, age-appropriate adjustments, with neurological screenings and wellness plans from infancy through adolescence. Families here are often seen together.
Yes. Prenatal chiropractic care addresses persistent back pain, hip discomfort, sciatic nerve pain and pelvic misalignment during pregnancy, along with muscle tension that gets in the way of daily activity and preparation for labor.
It's currently offered at the Collierville/Germantown and Memphis offices, not yet at Southwind. It's an FDA-cleared, non-invasive treatment that uses sound waves to support the body's own healing response, without surgery, needles or medication.
